A: Yes, we do combine shipping for products which can be packed together. Same or similar products can be packed together. Most of our products can be combine shipped. Products in the same category can usually be combined. For those in different categories, film and tubing can be combined, flat bags and dome bags can be combined. Our online shipping calculator quote combine shipping rate automatically. Just click "Add to Cart", then enter quantity, then enter ship to zip code, then click "Update Cart", you will see shipping rates by different carriers on the lower right hand corner drop down box.

Q: In order to order from your online store, do I need a paypal account to make the payment?
A: No. You do not need a paypal account. It would be easier to make the payment by paypal if you already have a paypal account, but it is not a necessity. Even though you will be directed to paypal website to make payment, you can pay by your credit card through paypal without registering a paypal account. To pay by credit card, scroll down to "Don't have a PayPal Account?" section, then click button or link. You will be led to a new window for entering your credit card information and shipping information. If you want, you can also fax your credit card information by using our order form at fax order.

A: No, we do not sell assorted bags or boxes. No, we do not sell quantity less than full package. We sell in full case only. For example, if one case contains 100 pieces of bags or boxes of certain size, we will not sell you 50 pieces.

Q: You promise same business day or next business day shipping, does this apply to all situation including e- check payment?
A: We ship out the same business day or next business day only after your payment has been received. If you pay by your paypal balance or credit card, it is instant payment. If you pay by money order, it is deemed as paid when we receive it. If you pay by personal check, it can only be deemed as paid after it clear through bank. If you pay by e-check through paypal, it is not an instant payment, it takes 3 to 4 business days to clear. We can only ship your item(s) out after the e-check clear. While we accept e-check payment, we discourage using e-check if you want instant process of your purchase.

Q: How to convert mil, gauge, inch, mm, cm etc. 60 gauge and 75 gauge, which is thicker?
A: 1 mil = 25.4 micron, 1 gauge = 1/100 mil = 0.254 micron   1 m = 100 cm = 1000 mm = 39.37 inch.  75 gauge is thicker than 60 gauge. The larger the number, the thicker the film.

Q: Do you sell outside of United States and ship internationally?
A: Yes, we sell and ship worldwide for all of our items. To find the shipping rate to your country, please choose your country name before click "Update Cart".  If you can not find the shipping rate to your country, you can always email us an inquiry. Please let us know your country and postal code. For international customers, to facilitate the shipping processing, please include your phone number, which is required by all carriers, at the time of your payment.

Q: I am outside of United States, at the time of receiving my shipment, UPS requests brokerage fee, are you responsible for this fee?
A: No. UPS provides customs clearance service and pay customs duty for your purchase, and then, UPS bill the expense direct to you. The fee may vary from country to country. We do not responsible for the fee. Shipping charge is prepaid by us, but brokerage fee is not part of shipping charge. If you are outside of United States, you should make clear how much is the customs duty and brokerage fee before you make purchase. Brokerage fees vary from carrier to carrier. USPS may charge no or low brokerage fee compare to UPS.

A: It depends. Most of the time, we do not provide sample. Only for those large volume, custom make sizes, we may provide sample at customer's request. Q: If I hold a California resale permit, can you waive the sales tax? How to deduct this at time of check out?
A: Yes. Please include your resale permit number as a note with your payment and declare that you own the permit. Then, we will refund the sales tax to you through Paypal. Unless you are a fairly frequently repeating customer, we will not request your copy of sales permit. So, you should include your resale number and state your ownership of the number each of every time with your purchase and payment. If you want to save this trouble, please fax a copy of your resale permit and we will keep it on file, then, you only need to indicate that you have an resale permit on file when you do repeating purchase.
 

Q: I have a P.O. box, can you ship my items to my P.O. box?
A: If you choose USPS (postal service) shipping, your items can be delivered to your P.O. box. But if you choose UPS, FedEx or DHL, your item(s) can not be delivered to P.O. box. You have to provide a valid street address (better include it with your payment) for your item(s) to be shipped.

Q: I am a customer outside of United States and I want to pay you by money order, can you accept it?
A: We can only accept money order issued through a US bank. Not only the money order should be in US dollars, but also issued by a US bank. Otherwise, high collection fee will be charged by our bank for clearing a foreign money order. Money order issued by Canadian postal office is also not acceptable. For international customers, we strongly suggest Paypal payment. Paypal convert your money to US dollars and instantly settle  payment.
 

Q: What is the difference between pvc shrink film and polyolefin shrink film? Which one is better?
A: Basically, PVC has lower shrink temperature and easier to operate with low volume manual operations. Polyolefin need higher shrink temperature and widely used with automatic machine and fast packaging even though it can be used with low volume manual operation. It is hard to say which one is better. Q: What is tubing shrink film. What does the size of tubing film mean? Is that flat measurement or diameter?
A: Tubing film is just like a flat tube wound in roll. You can cut and seal one end to make your own bags at the length you want. The size is measured when the tube is flat. It is not diameter. For example, 8 inch tubing film has the circumference of 16 inch.
 

Q: You have a lot of pvc boxes, what is the difference between tuck top boxes and tuck in side boxes?
A: Basically, tuck top and bottom box and tuck in side box are the same except measured in different way. Tuck top boxes are measured when you put opening lid on upper side and bottom side. Tuck side boxes are measured when you put opening lid on left side and right size. If you turn tuck in side box 90 degree into vertical position, it becomes tuck top and bottom box.  5 (length) X1-7/8 (width) x1-7/8 (height) tuck in side box is exactly the same as 1-7/8 (length) x1-7/8 (width) x5 (depth) tuck top and bottom box. 6 (length) x4 (width) x4 (height) tuck in side box is exactly the same as 4 (length) x4 (width) x 6 (depth) tuck top and bottom box.
